The Gamages of London Limited Edition Hand Assembled Cromwell Huntingdon Mechanical Quartz Rose with Blue or Brown men’s watch is inspired by the Cambridgeshire market town where Oliver Cromwell was born. Far removed from courtly influence, Huntingdon shaped a character built on order and self-discipline. This underpins the Cromwell, which is defined by clarity and intent over excess, drawing on the values of its namesake.
The watch is driven by a Japan VK63 movement, providing consistent accuracy and dependable performance. A royal-blue deep or ochre-brown oil pressed dial forms the centrepiece and is fitted with applied UP indexes. Three circular brushed sub dials provide style, balance and structure, while rose-gold hour and minute hands with Japanese luminous paint ensure clear reading, even in low light. A front sapphire lens protects the dial, set within a 316L stainless steel case with a separate bezel, crown, and pushers, finished with IP rose gold plating.
The timepiece is completed with a Gamages of London logo-engraved 316L stainless steel caseback, paired with a navy-blue or umber-brown genuine top layer leather strap. This watch reflects discipline and consistency, two defining facets of the enduring British character.
