Post Gold For Cash Prize Draws - For all sales agreed before midnight on 31st October 2025.

Shop On TV is the broadcaster and facilitator of the Post Gold For Cash (PGFC) TV segments through its TV shopping content on ITV. During the live and any pre-record (shown before 31st October 2025) PGFC show, PGFC will run selected prize draws. All prize draws are run by Post Gold For Cash (the Promoter) 2 Kings Ltd, trading as Postgoldforcash.com (company registration number 07970890, VAT number 135204842), a UK company. Prize draw:

1. Sell your gold to the Promoter between 1st September 2025 and 24th December 2025 to be entered into the Promoter’s draw to win £500. Participants must be 18 or over – full terms and conditions can be found at: https://www.postgoldforcash.com/terms-and-conditions/

2. A SOTV exclusive promotion - Sell your gold to the Promoter before 31st October 2025 and SOTV customers will be eligible to win a first prize of £500 in cash and a second prize of £500 credit to spend at SOTV.

T&C’s for SOTV exclusive PGFC prize draw

1. The prize draw is open to all UK (excluding Channel Islands) residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. Participants who sell their gold to Post Gold For Cash (PGFC) on or before midnight on 31st October 2025 will be eligible to be entered into a prize draw where there are two prizes available (see below). Participants must use a postal pack ordered through www.shopontv.co.uk and use this to send their gold to PGFC prior to the closing date.

• 1st Prize - £500 cash
• 2nd Prize - £500 credit to spend at www.shopontv.co.uk

3. The opening date for entries is 29th September 2025 and closes at midnight on 31st October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or postal delay.
5. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person after the closing date.
6. The winner will be notified by email used at the time of ordering their PGFC postal pack through the SOTV website. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. The prize will be £500 of credit to spend with Shop on TV. The credit will be given via a valid Shop on TV account. Credit will need to be spent within 6 months.
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy which can be found on our website.
14. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
