The advanced non-stick coating means you can cook with little to no added oil, helping you prepare healthier meals while keeping clean-up quick and simple. The multi-layer construction with an aluminium core and induction base ensures even heat distribution across the entire pan, reducing hot spots and delivering consistent cooking results on all cooking surfaces (Gas, Electric, Ceramic, Induction). This stove to oven cookware is oven & grill safe.
Designed with practicality in mind, the Chefs Collection pans provide 25% more cooking space while still being easy stack and store, saving valuable kitchen cupboard space. The innovative cool-touch detachable handle allows you to move pans quickly and safely from the hob to the oven, table, or dishwasher. It also helps maximise storage space when the pans are stacked away.

The FlavorStone® Diamond Edition pans (without handles or with riveted stainless-steel handles) are oven safe up to 230°C/446°F, while the lids are safe up to 180°C/356°F. The removable handle is not oven safe and should never be put in the oven as it will get damaged and parts of it may melt.
FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware can be washed in the dishwasher. However, keep in mind that there is no need to use the dishwasher after each use. You can easily clean your FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware by simply wiping the surface with a paper towel and rinsing under hot water.
Frequent and prolonged use of the dishwasher to clean FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware may result in the fading of the colour. The maximum temperature for FlavorStone® Diamond Edition Cookware in the dishwasher is 70°C/158°F.
